Submit a purchase enquirySend us your business details and information about the material you want to buy or sell.
We review the material specifications and the documentation needed to identify the counterparty and assess the transaction.
We agree the quantity, specifications, price or pricing method, payment terms and delivery arrangements in writing. Where relevant, we also establish sampling, assay and final settlement terms.
We coordinate delivery as agreed. Settlement follows the agreed terms and, where applicable, the assay results.
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute acceptance of a transaction. Shipments must be agreed in advance; the commercial office is not a metal receiving facility.
